Certification refers to the confirmation of certain characteristics of an Organization.
This confirmation is provided by assessments entrusted to Auditors and Technical Experts who verify the existence and persistence of certain requirements, inherent to the qualification of the management systems, of the services provided, on the basis of specific standards, in most cases internationally recognised.
ICM is a certification body active internationally and in a wide variety of sectors. Our experts have the knowledge and skills related to the different regulations, quality standards and safety requirements defined by national or international standards.
The certification can be requested (and obtained) from an Organization, be it a manufacturing or service company, an association, a public or private body.
At an economic level, investments vary based on various factors, including: size of the organization to be certified, type and number of processes managed, number of people involved in the activity. Times can also vary from a few weeks to several weeks.

The question that an entrepreneur or manager should ask himself is: how much does it cost not to have a certified quality management system?
Those that companies often do not account for are in fact the costs of "non-quality" i.e. all the expenses due to the lack or malfunction of a quality management system (just to name a few: design errors, delivery of non-compliant products, failure to manage complaints, errors in document management, etc.) and those that can be indicated as costs of "non-certification", primarily the failure to acquire orders and customers.
The certificate is issued, after the appropriate documentary and field checks, by a certification body accredited as ICM.
Not always. In some companies there is the need to intervene only for marginal aspects, while in other realities it is necessary to deeply review the processes.
Certification, if correctly proposed by the project coordinator, is always a moment of analysis, growth and improvement for the organization.

Belgio, Botswana, Brasile, Bulgaria, Canada, Cile, Cina, Taipei cinese, Colombia, Unione del Comoroe,  Repubblica Democratica del Congo, Costa Rica, Cipro, Repubblica Ceca, Danimarca, Ecuador, Eswatini, Etiopia, Egitto, Finlandia, Francia, Georgia, Germania, Grecia, Hong Kong-Cina, Ungheria, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italia, Giappone, Giordania, Kenia, Kazakistan, Repubblica di Korea, Kuwait, Lesotho, Lituania, Lettonia, Lussemburgo, Repubblica del Nord Macedonia, Madacascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Mauritius, Messico, Moldavia, Mongolia, Mozambico, Namibia, Olanda, Nuova Zelanda, Norvegia, Oman, Pakistan, Perù, Filippine, Polonia, Portogallo, Qatar, Romania, Arabia Saudita, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Sud Africa, Spagna, Sri Lanka, Svezia, Svizzera, Tanzania, Tailandia, Tunisia, Turchia, Ucraina, Emirati Arabi Uniti, Stati Uniti d'America, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
