ICM adotta una Politica di Parità di Genere che si propone riconoscere, tutelare e valorizzare le differenze uomo-donna e le pari opportunità sul luogo di lavoro: dalle pratiche di assunzione a quello dello sviluppo professionale e di carriera fino alla valorizzazione degli stili di leadership. ICM intende perseguire la parità di genere, valorizzare le diversità e supportare l’empowerment femminile nella vita economica.
ETHICAL CODE
We talk about acting professionally and doing business with integrity, our clients' reputations and ours, the quality of the business environment, working together and considering the ethical dimensions of our actions.
The Code of Ethics is intended as a way of being for employees and a declaration towards all stakeholders.
It is to be used as a guideline for all those who work in or for ICM, in order to act correctly and according to a common sense regarding their own behaviours.
