OUR SERVICES

Impartiality

ICM operates in the certification activities preserving the impartiality of all internal and external personnel involved in the certification process. All ICM decisions are based on objective evidence of compliance or non-compliance. Furthermore, a study of all threats to impartiality has been conducted and all necessary actions have been taken to ensure that no decisions are hijacked by interests or parties.

Competence

All ICM personnel, involved in verification and other certification activities, have been selected through a rigorous process that establishes criteria of competence for the personnel themselves.

Responsibility

ICM's decision is based on the responsibility of randomly evaluating sufficient objective evidence. Based on the conclusions of the audit, ICM makes the decision to issue the certification, if there is sufficient evidence of conformity, or not to issue it, if there is no such evidence.

Transparency

ICM performs all services in total transparency, making public and non-confidential information accessible to specific interested parties.

Confidentiality

ICM does not disclose any confidential information obtained during the assessment of compliance with the certification requirements.

Quick and effective response to complaints

ICM examines complaints and, if the latter are proven to be founded, deals with them appropriately and with reasonable efforts to resolve them quickly and effectively

Risk-based approach

ICM has considered the risks associated with issuing competent, consistent and impartial certification by performing an accurate risk assessment.

Certification refers to the confirmation of certain characteristics of an Organization.
This confirmation is provided by assessments entrusted to Auditors and Technical Experts who verify the existence and persistence of certain requirements, inherent to the qualification of the management systems, of the services provided, on the basis of specific standards, in most cases internationally recognised.
ICM is a certification body active internationally and in a wide variety of sectors. Our experts have the knowledge and skills related to the different regulations, quality standards and safety requirements defined by national or international standards.
The certification can be requested (and obtained) from an Organization, be it a manufacturing or service company, an association, a public or private body.
At an economic level, investments vary based on various factors, including: size of the organization to be certified, type and number of processes managed, number of people involved in the activity. Times can also vary from a few weeks to several weeks.

The question that an entrepreneur or manager should ask himself is: how much does it cost not to have a certified quality management system?
Those that companies often do not account for are in fact the costs of "non-quality" i.e. all the expenses due to the lack or malfunction of a quality management system (just to name a few: design errors, delivery of non-compliant products, failure to manage complaints, errors in document management, etc.) and those that can be indicated as costs of "non-certification", primarily the failure to acquire orders and customers.
The certificate is issued, after the appropriate documentary and field checks, by a certification body accredited as ICM.
Not always. In some companies there is the need to intervene only for marginal aspects, while in other realities it is necessary to deeply review the processes.
Certification, if correctly proposed by the project coordinator, is always a moment of analysis, growth and improvement for the organization.
Certificates issued by ICM, accredited by TUNAC (Tunisian Accreditation Council), are internationally recognized, as TUNAC is a signatory of the International Mutual Recognition Agreements with IAF (International Accreditation Forum) and MLA (Multilateral Recognition Arrangements). Certified organizations can therefore operate in the global market without being subject to additional checks or tests in the different countries where they offer their products or services. Consequently, the accreditation granted by TUNAC to ICM is automatically recognized in all other IAF signatory members, such as Albania, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Union of the Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Egypt, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong–China, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Lesotho, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Republic of North Macedonia, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
