The Organization applies for Certification to ICM.
ICM analyzes and deepens the certification request by evaluating the conditions relating to the Organization.
ICM and the Organization sign a contractual agreement.
ICM, in agreement with the Organization and the Audit Team, decides the audit date.
The Audit Team conducts the audit at the headquarters of the Organization subject to Certification.
The Decision Makers make a decision on whether to issue the Certification.
